'clip' property is not handled
The clip
property establishes a rectangular clipping path on elements that establish a new viewport, pattern
, and marker
. We don't handle it currently. This is what makes masking-path-06-b.svg
fail, as it uses image
elements with clip
properties.
Note: the clip property is deprecated, but the CSS Masking Module Level 1 still says that UAs should support it. clip property from CSS2; overflow and clip in SVG1.1. The property's values can be rect (<top> <right> <bottom> <left>)
, auto
, or inherit
. See also the subsequent section, 14.3.4 Clip to viewport vs. clip to ‘viewBox’, about using a clip()
rectangle by hand when the aspect ratio of the viewBox
’` does not match the aspect ratio of the viewport.
