Relicense as LGPLv2.1+

Hey everyone,

I am suggesting to change the license of the library from GPL3 to LGPLv2.1+ to simplify adoption for commercial software use case. See #6 (closed)

I would like to get an ack from the contributors of the library before getting this merged
