deck: Add add_named() and get_child_by_name()
While porting Settings to libhandy 1,0 and using HdyDeck instead of GtkStack for its panel switcher, I had to work around usage of gtk_stack_add_named() and gtk_stack_get_child_by_name(), it would be nice to offer similar methods instead.
