Add 3 cities in China

I recently found out that I couldn't find my city in the weather app that comes with GNOME, and after some searching I got here. Although it is hard to believe, GNOME seems to add only cities recorded in METAR by default, crowdsourcing the locations of other cities used to obtain weather to volunteers.
Xinjiang, my region, is larger than the whole of Europe, and there are only two cities in Xinjiang in this database.
