stylesheet: Rework destructive-action styles

Destructive actions and suggested actions were previously both opaque, which could lead to confusion if accent_bg_color was set to the same color. In order to avoid that confusion, this commit adjusts the style of destructive-action, making it translucent to differentiate it from suggested-action.
