stylesheet: Add styling for filechooser's gridview

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge gbsneto/filechooser-grid-style into main

GTK 4.10 will have a separate grid view for the filechooser, which requires special treatment from the stylesheet.

Add that. This is mostly a copy of GTK's CSS code, provided by @snwh, with small adjustments to match libadwaita's stylesheet architecture.
