Redesign preparations

Just a few commits from wip/exalm/borderless that are isolated changes and can be landed early.

• Brighter accent_color/destructive_color in light, it was too much like text
• Bold text on buttons
• Old .linked
• 6px padding/spacing for .toolbar instead of 5px
• A couple cleanups
