List end button widget
In Software and Settings there are quite a few instances of "button" rows at the end of a listbox, either opening a dialog/subview/URL, or performing an action pertaining to the list (e.g. adding an item). The main difference between these rows are regular rows is that the label and icon are centered, rather than being at the start/end respectively. I wonder if we should standardize this pattern?
