ActionRow breaks space restriction
What problem did you encounter?
In what part of libhandy did you experience the problem? Note that multiple boxes may be checked.
-
HdyActionRow -
HdyLeaflet
(alexm: removed the rest so we don't clutter search)
What happened?
I am experimenting with an design idea, where I would like to use multiple HdyActionRow
in an sidebar with fixed size. However, adding text to the row will cause the sidebar to not keep it size limitation when one resize the window.
What is the actual behaviour?
When adding text to the ActionRow
and then changing the size of the window, the sidebar will get far more size allocated than wanted.
What is the expected behaviour?
The sidebar should keep it set size and give the rest of space to the content page.
How to reproduce?
Load my window_demo.tar.xz. Should be runable with meson.
Run it once for the expected behavior.
Add then in window.ui text to the ActionRow and run it again for actual behavior.
Additional comment
Maybe this is just a bad implementation on my side, but for now, it seems more like HdyActionRow
breaking it. I also accept if anyone can give me a tip how to circumvent this behavior, I am still pretty new to Gtk and libhandy.
