Add Danish translation

The danish translation was initially submitted for review 1 year and 9 months ago to the danish team. In this extremly long period of time absolutly nothing have been done by the danish team. Not a single string have been reviewed despite multiple attempts. Now i submit the translation this way hoping that the translation work can get into jhbuild and that the work i did translating jhbuild was not a waste of time.
