Allow arbitrary command chain to run in autogen-sh

Description
Command chains in autogen-sh
are necessary for certain programs, e.g. contrib/download_prerequisites.sh
for gcc
. These commands are always executed in the source directory which is a good idea, but a limitation. It'd be great to have an option to prevent the template being applied to the content. This could be another attribute of autotools
for the command or for a flag indicating that the template should not be applied.
This could be covered with https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635324, but I think it's worth to enhance the autotools
element as well.
