Creation of temp file in the same remote directory breaks work when there are no write permissions for that directory
When editing a file via SFTP and editing it, a copy of file is created in the same directory where the file is located. If there are write permissions for the file on the server side but no write permissions for the directory inside which that file is located, an error occurs.
However, I am not sure that it was GVFS who created a temporary file, maybe Geany editor did it. Does gvfs do it? If yes, it would better be avoided.
