dl-teams: Use substring match for module search

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge pksadiq/gtranslator:wip/sadiq/substring-module-search into master

It would be easier to find modules with substring match since users won't have to type in the full module name. Eg.: when the module is prefixed with 'gnome-'
