header: Return the plural forms in the file itself

Maximiliano requested to merge msandova/gtranslator:use-header-plural-forms into master

If we ask the header what are its plural forms, the currently selected profile has no business here.

When opening a .po file it always makes sense to be able to edit it without having to switch to a profile tailored towards it.
