gschema: fix phrase "Whether the obsolete entries be removed upon saving"

Whether the obsolete entries be removed upon saving seems to be missing something. I see two good options: add "will" (will be removed) and reposition the "remove" verb (Whether to remove). I chose the latter one to not use the same words as its description in the following lines.
