Set map-overlay colour in "Classic" style

Calvin Walton requested to merge kepstin/gtksourceview:classic-map-overlay into master

I've added Blue 3 from the Adwaita palette to match the Adwaita text selection colour, and used that as the map-overlay colour. The resulting map overlay colour is a pale blue, which looks similar to the "Tango" style.
