Enhancement: Don't snap overview map to cursor when dragging
When you click the highlighted view in the overview map with your mouse, it will interpolate to be centered on your mouse cursor. This can cause the document to jump around very quickly. Instead, I think the mouse should grab onto the bar and control it from whatever vertical value it was at when the button was pressed, so that the map doesn't jump around unexpectedly.
Essentially, I wish it worked more like a normal scroll bar, where it can be grabbed at any point without jumping around to snap its center to the mouse.
