emoji: Update data to CLDR v43

Based on emojibase v15.2.0

Contains the changes in Unicode 15.0

This is last year's Unicode update. emojibase hasn't released an update for this year's Unicode 15.1 yet.

A few translations weren't updated but I ran the convert-emoji script for all the languages we already had.

Is this something we'd want to cherry-pick to 4.12?
