docs: Clarify how to refer to instances created by <template>

This technique is not documented, and although it is fairly self-explanatory in the <signal> example within the <template> hierarchy, I kept racking my brain trying to understand how it worked in, eg, the context of GtkExpressions used within <template> tags.
