GtkFileChooser: Add placeholder text to the search entry

Currently, the search entry from GtkFileChooser doesn't have any placeholder text. According to HIG, text fields must have a placeholder.

This commit adds same placeholder from Nautilus search entry: nautilus!1042 (merged)
