Improve style in GtkInscription documentation

nick richards requested to merge nick.richards/gtk:nick.richards-main-patch-67353 into main

I saw about GtkInscription in TWIG and clicked through to the documentation. It reads a little stiffly and it was so easy to press the source button, fork and send a PR that I thought I'd rephrase it to be a bit more direct and easy to understand.
