Name default functions as such
The "real" comes from old code where default vfuncs were not always implemented. Replace them with "default", which much better represents the purpose of the functions. This can help new contributors better understand and work with the modern code-base. See[1] for a better reference
This is mostly scripting and then some fixup with autoindent, so there are certainly a lot of whitespace changes, likely also some indentation issues. Not sure if those are specially relevant though.
