gtk_dialog_run: added info: don't use as 'modal'

Background:

1. The first sentence suggested "a little", that gtk_dialog_run makes the dialog modal. I felt it was unclear, that this is not the case
2. I moved the former 2nd sentence to a new paragraph, as I would say it is not going into more detail of the first sentence, but rather has it's own sub-topic.
