Draft: imwayland: support version 2 (with use_preedit support)

Implementation of a proposed protocol update: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayland/wayland-protocols/-/merge_requests/66.

This shouldn't be merged before that change is merged, and a new wayland-protocols version is released with it.
