gtkplacessidebar: Add loop and device-mapper devices

segfault3 requested to merge segfault3/gtk:loop-and-dm-devices-in-sidebar into gtk-3-24

The purpose of this merge request is to display encrypted file containers in the sidebar, similarly to encrypted removable devices. This is part of the ongoing effort to integrate support for TrueCrypt/VeraCrypt into GNOME. See also my email to the desktop-devel-list.
