gtk_show_uri[_for_window] not reporting errors from flatpak portals

Submitted by Michael Gratton @mjog

Link to original bug (#779312)

Description

Tracking down the issue reported in https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/592 would have been bit easier if gtk_show_uri_for_window had reported the error that the portal had been returning.

Adding async version(s) of gtk_show_uri[_for_window] would probably be the easiest fix, and also prevent the UI freezing when I/O for content type sniffing is done.

Version: 3.22.x
