Wayland with fractional scaling causes blurry fonts and font rendering mismatch
In Wayland with fractional scling, fonts renders slightly blurry only on main window, but not in overlaying windows (e.g. dialogs).
When fractional scling is off (200%), main window's fonts renders same as expected font, just like in overlay dialog.
Steps to reproduce
Install flatpak org.gtk.Demo4 or any other GTK 4.14 Devel apps using NGL, run with fractional scaling.
Current behavior
Different Font rendering on dialog and main window.
( 150% Wayland org.gtk.Demo4 )
( 150% Wayland org.gnome.NautilusDevel )
Expected outcome
Same font rendering on dialog and main window. Since main window's font is blurry, I think dialog's rendering is correct.
Version information
GTK 4.14.0- f312d1ee , Fedora 39 , GNOME 45 , Flatpak 1.15.6 , Wayland with 150% scaling, hinting "slight".
In org.gtk.Demo4, System libraries GLib 2.79.3 Pango 1.52.2 GTK 4.14.0
Additional information
=> Dialog (150%) => Main (150%) => Main (200%)
=> Main (150%) without hinting.
Edit) I think hinting 'slight' and hinting 'none' has same output.
Edit) Looking at pixels, Only main window on NGL is 5-pixel wide? Any other case font is max 3 pixel wide.
