GtkTextView: anchor and cursor swapped in set_surrounding_text
When running env WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 gtk4-widget-factory 2>&1 | grep set_surrounding_text
and then selecting some text in the text view using shift + arrow keys, the first number remains stationary while the second one changes (regardless of selecting to the left or the right). In the text-input-v3 protocol however the first number is supposed to be the cursor and the second one to be the anchor. Looks like the flip logic in gtk_text_view_retrieve_surrounding_handler
might be flipped.
