[ Regression 3.22.26 -> 3.22.27 ] [HIDPI] Checkboxes and radiobuttons pixmaps are not scaled

Steps to reproduce:

env GDK_SCALE=2 gtk3-widget-factory

# to see the problem better:
env GDK_SCALE=4 gtk3-widget-factory
  1. observe checkboxes or radiobuttons

Downgrading to 3.22.26 solves the issue.

The issue is still reproducible in 3.22.28
