Gtk.Scale control ignored 'round-digits' property when adjusted through AT-SPI2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the "Scale" demo from gtk-demos.
  2. Find the slider labeled "Discrete" in the Accerciser tree.
  3. Go to the "Interface Viewer" tab in Accerciser, and expand the "Value" section.
  4. Enter 0.5 as the value.

Current behavior

The discrete Scale has a value of 0.5.

Expected outcome

The discrete Scale has a value of either 0 or 1.

Version information

GTK 3.24.34, configured with --prefix in home directory. Ubuntu 22.10.

Additional information

This doesn't pose any immediate problem, but it could lead to Assistive Technologies breaking applications that rely on round-digits.
