GtkIconView (GTK4) mixes up width and height
Steps to reproduce
- Layout the IconView in a non-square mode
Current behavior
in gtk4, width and height are exchanged (see upper window in attachment)
Expected outcome
in gtk3, width and height are correct (see lower window in attachment)

The upper window shows the gtk4 version (error), the lower window the gtk3 version (ok)
