popover-menu: Back arrow and and other mark symbol displaying in the wrong place in RTL
Steps to reproduce
- Run gtk4-widget-factory on RTL language like Hebrew:
env LANG=he_IL.UTF-8 gtk4-widget-factory
- Click on the Main Menu in the window's top-left side. You can see the V symbol in the left side instead of the right side.
- Click on the Style sub-menu
- You can see the back-to-main-menu-arrow in the wrong place - it should be alligned to left
- You can also see the radio-buttons in the left side instead of the right side.
Current behavior
Back arrow in submenu not alligned to the left side in RTL languages.
Other button alligned to the left side instead of the right side.
Expected outcome
Back arrow in submenu should be alligned to the left side.
Same thing to the V and radio buttons.
Version information
GTK+ 4.6.0 on ArchLinux.
Same thing in gtk4-widget-factory from gnome-nightly flatpack enviroment (4.6.0-06e5da45).
