Odd accent behavior in recent GTK 3 when using international keyboard setting
Up to GTK 3.24.25 when we set the keyboard to international and hit ' or " or ` or ~ or ^ we wouldn't see anything until we press either space or another key that supports accent. That's the normal behavior among all frameworks/systems I can remember of.
However, after GTK 3.24.25 this changed and now we see the actual characters the moment when we press ' or " or ` or ~ or ^. Actually, it's worse than that: by pressing ' or " the characters that appear straightway are ´ or ¨.
Is there a way to at least set it back to the previous behavior?
Thanks!
