GTK4: Scrolling hides mouse on windows

Steps to reproduce

1. Run gtk4-demo
2. Scroll left menu using mouse wheel (not scroll bar)

Notice mouse vanishes and doesn't come back until you leave scrolled area. But vanishes again if you re-enter Also the scroll too far shade on top doesn't fade away. I assume it's meant to.
