Adwaita: Easy way to *not* deal with `:backdrop`
The :backdrop
styling is to tone down the chrome for unfocused windows to easily tell which window is focus. It is, however, not desirable to tone down content. Having two documents side by side you could be wanting to pick or compare colors of images or such.
Apps like Software struggle with avoiding :backdrop
state and it might be desirable to provide a class that would exclude a widget/tree from having a :backdrop
state.
It might also be worth having a discussion whether the whole approach of :backdrop
in gtk3 was worth the trouble.
