[GDK3] GdkFrameClockIdle: frame_time should be updated in a predictable manner
Calling gdk_frame_clock_get_frame_time()
might update the frame time, depending on the current time and the state of the frame clock. This can result in an erratic frame_time, which in turn would lead to jittery animations.
frame_time
should only be updated once per frame, and in a predictable manner - in a specific place in the code, at a specific state of the frame clock.
