Keep cursor scrolling when ScrollArea limit is reached
Starting a two-finger swipe on a touchpad while focusing a scrollable area triggers a scrolling action which is not cancellable until fingers are removed from the touchpad. However, the "scrolling" cursor returns for some moments to a normal one once the limit of the scroll area is reached, resulting in a weird high-frequency cursor switching "glitch". Keeping the cursor to the "scrolling" one also in this case (so until the scrolling is over/fingers leave touchpad) should be fine given that there is already a visual hint (the drop-shadow on the end side) for the end of the scrolling area.
