Wrong window size with GTK-3 on Gnome and resizable set to FALSE
Steps to reproduce
Using the example attached :
- Start example app
- click on "show subwindow" - new window with correct size appears
- close new window
- click wgain on "show subwindow" - new window with wrong size appears
Current behavior
Opening the "subwindow" a 2nd time, the window shows the wrong size (but only if resizeable is FALSE and only on GNOME)
Expected outcome
The new "subwindow" should always have the correct size
Version information
debian stretch (KDE) with 3.22.11 is OK
debian buster (KDE) with 3.24.5 is OK
kubuntu with all versions is OK
ubuntu 17.10 with 3.22.25-0ubuntu0.1 is OK
ubuntu 18.04 (also LTS version) with 3.22.30-1ubuntu2 failure
ubuntu 18.10 with 3.24.4-0ubuntu1 failure
