GtkCellRendererSpin ignores :climb-rate when changing value using keys
While improving the docs of :climb-rate
in GtkSpinButton
to also mention that keys use it, I tested GtkCellRendererSpin
and noticed it's different: pressing an Up/Down arrow simply sends a single spin()
call, so we change value by 1 step increment, and that's it. Continuing to hold the key results in continued moves by 1 step at a time, rather than the accelerating movement we would get with :climb-rate
elsewhere.
It would be nice if this would be consistent with first-class SpinButton
s. (assuming no scenarios like apps out there that set too-high climb rates but users don't currently notice because they only use keys, or etc.)
