Update to cairo 1.17.8

Emoji on macOS! One couldn't wish more, thanks John ;-)

I guess the leak is fixed so I dropped the patch.

I tested it in Geany and Emoji are displayed (with a slight overlap but not a big problem I guess) so happiness all around.
