Doesn't properly handle symlinks.
I'm trying to create a bundle by mixing py2app and gtk-mac-bundler (Py2app is all flavors of broken in its own right).
Anyway, py2app collects libraries under Bundle.app/Contents/Frameworks
and creates symlinks where appropriate, to account for different install names for a single library.
If I then use gtk-mac-bundler to process that Frameworks folder (I'm doing it using a glob for *.dylib), it will strip all symlinks, effectively resulting in some duplicate dylibs.
EDIT: I think the reason might be that I'm copying them as data rather than binaries (because gtk-mac-bundler doesn't do well fixing paths for files that have already been "fixed" before), seeing as how the code only expressly handles symlinks when copying binaries, that would make sense.
