GNOME Connections crashes with SIGSEGV when connecting RDP second time
Affected version
- Nightly flatpak: No
- Other: Fedora Workstation 37, flatpak app version - 44.0-44.0
Steps to reproduce
- Connect to Windows Server 2019 with latest updates installed via RDP.
- Sign out.
- Click on the same connection again - GNOME Connections crashes with SIGSEGV.
Workaround
- Connect to Windows Server 2019 with latest updates installed via RDP.
- Sign out.
- Close GNOME Connections app.
- Open GNOME Connections app.
- Click on the same connection again - GNOME Connections opens RDP to Windows Server 2019 without crashing.
Current behavior
GNOME Connections is crashing if RDP connection is activated second time without closing GNOME Connections app itself after first RDP connection was disconnected/closed.
Expected behavior
It is expected that GNOME Connections will not crash when connecting second, third, etc time to same RDP connection without closing the GNOME Connections app every time before making next RDP connection attempt.
