Improve Meson Build

Ahmed Baïzid requested to merge ahmed.baizid.0/gtk-doc:improve-meson-build into master

Meson build tests depend on Autotools build tests' artifacts, namely Makefile.ams. This MR blocks MR !79.

Tests' tests/gtkdocentities.ent.in, XML custom entities, is not configured.

Autotools Build generates a tests' coverage report. Meson should also do it.

Though GTK-Doc extra files are provided, tests do not use them.
