[GTK 4] Split library in two: libgspell-glib and libgspell-gtk4
For the GTK 4 port, it will be beneficial to split the library in two:
- libgspell-glib: the parts that don't depend on GTK.
- libgspell-gtk4: the parts that depend on GTK 4.
Note also the rename from "gspell" to "libgspell" (for instance for the pkg-config files).
This can still be developed in the same git repository.
Or:
- libgedit-gspell-glib
- libgedit-gspell-gtk4
to have the "libgedit" prefix like other libraries. Easier to find, to know what it is, its origins, etc. In this case the "gedit" can be seen as "g edit", or "g-platform text edition", not necessarily the gedit app which won't use gtk4 directly once gspell is ported to gtk4.
