peripherals: Provide a new pressure range for styli
The pressure range allows reducing a tablet's physical range so that pressure below a certain physical pressure is ignored and/or that the maximum pressure can be reached before the maximum physical pressure is reached.
This is a new feature in libinput 1.26, released June 06 2024. libinput documentation with pretty "pictures" is here
