schemas: Update focus-new-windows description

From the commit message:

The previous strict focus preference has not functioned as intended for
some time now. In Mutter, the behaviour has been updated such that new
windows will not be focused automatically, rather than just those
started from a terminal.

Update the preference description accordingly.

This is marked as draft until mutter!3063 (merged) is merged.
