Honour resize2fs minimum FS sizes

Hi Curtis,

Here's the patchset to fix this and close issue #8 (closed). Changes GParted to use resize2fs -P to get the minimum file system sizes, so that GParted doesn't try to shrink file systems smaller that resize2fs will allow. Many more details in the commit logs and code.

Also includes 3 tidyup patches.
