Default values for method/function parameters
Often you don't want to specify all parameters that a function in theory would allow, because you don't need all of the functionality. For this reason in a lot of languages you can give a default parameter in the function definition. This makes this parameter optional, and if it is not specified, the default is just passed. This could be an addition to the GIR annotations, because multiple bindings would be able to make use of it.
