Comments and Merged cells do not get along

Description
Several small problems with cell comments and merged cells.
- undoing a merge did not redraw the merged region
- undoing a merge with a comment would create two comment markers
- after a merge we could no longer edit the comment
Attached patch fixes things at the expense of repositioning all objects when cols are resized.
