Steps to reproduce:

wget http://www.taxvisor.com/taxes/download/2007/taxplan.zip
unzip taxplan.zip
gnumeric taxfed.xls

Actual results: Just get the warning....but I've no clue what the flag indicates and how it might affect computation. I've not actually tested/verified this spreadsheet works as expected. Since this is about a "NOTE",it sounds harmless.

Expected results: No warnings.

Does this happen every time? yes

Other information: XLS Spreadsheet is free and available from http://www.taxvisor.com/taxes/ Geoff is a really nice guy and fellow googler. I really appreciate that he takes the effort to make updated spreadsheets freely available.

I loaded the same spreadsheet into Open Office and didn't get that warning...either because they handle it or they don't want the low priority bug reports.
